1.3 File Metadata
When you upload files to the Service, we store those files on secure cloud storage infrastructure. We also collect and store file metadata, including file names, sizes, types, and upload timestamps. This metadata is used solely to operate and maintain the file storage and sharing functionality of the Service.

2. THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATION

• Cloud Storage Providers: We use Amazon S3, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, Backblaze, and compatible services to securely store your uploaded files
• Payment Processors: We use authorized payment gateways and processors — including PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, RevenueCat, and other regional and global partners — to handle payment transactions. We support 400+ payment methods worldwide. We do not store complete payment credentials on our servers
• Email Service Providers: We use email delivery services (including CreativeMail, webmail, resend and similar providers) to send transactional and, with your consent, marketing communications
• Analytics Providers: We use analytics services to understand how users interact with the Service and to improve its performance
• Authentication Providers: When you use social sign-in, we interact with Google, Apple, Facebook, X, and other authentication providers as necessary to verify your identity
4.2 Other Disclosures
We may also disclose your Personal Information to:
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations
• Respond to a subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other lawful request for information

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND DATA
All payment transactions on the Service are processed by our authorized payment processors. Depending on your region and chosen payment method, this may include PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, RevenueCat, or other authorized partners covering 400+ payment methods worldwide.
Each payment processor collects and processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the payment processor applicable to your transaction. ifile.cloud only receives confirmation of a successful or failed transaction and limited transactional metadata; we do not receive or store full payment credentials.
6. DATA SECURITY AND STORAGE
Your files are encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Files are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with appropriate technical and organizational security measures in place. We implement reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
While we take data security seriously, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country or jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in your home jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries including, but not limited to, the United States, as necessary to provide the Service.

• Files you delete from the Service are permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to backup retention periods
• If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes
• Inactive accounts that have been dormant for 12 months or more may have their data removed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions
12. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
